Ant Monday? No Motivation Monday!

Monday, Monday. Let me tell you this Monday is not starting off so great. Last night, I did NOT sleep well at all. Tossed and turned all night. I have ants in my office. I have put out Terro, which works great, but isn’t working fast enough. Tried vacuuming up some this morning and managed to cut the top of my foot. Not exactly the best way to begin the week. Any advice for getting rid of ants and getting them out of my office? All advice appreciated!!!!

Rain, rain, and more rain. Just hoping these storms aren’t too strong. Some steady, light rain is what we need. Everyone’s yards are so brown and crunchy. What we don’t need are strong winds, hail, or flooding.

My friend A is back from the beach and look what she brought me for taking care of her plants:

A TURTLE! She knows that I collect turtles. Isn’t this one beautiful? I must find it the perfect spot in the house.

Truth. Everyone CAN do this. Me. You. Anyone.

I had never really heard this before and read the article associated with it. Great idea.

So, the three things I am concentrating on this week are:

1 – Drinking 8 – 8oz glasses of water every day this week.
2 – Journaling what I eat every day.
3 – 30 minutes exercise daily.

What 3 things will you concentrate on this week?

Ants are the worst! I hope they leave you soon :(
I think drinking enough water is the most important thing anyone can do for any goal!

I love that rule of three. It’s so easy to get lost in the thickets, trying to do everything perfectly all at once. What I’m going to focus on this week is cutting sugar (gulp), daily exercise, and learning about the Paleo diet. Wish me luck!
